I decided to take this challenge on pure whim. Watching a BBC special on Weight Gain and Loss, the claim that a person can live months off their fat stores. Well, I was inspired to fast. I will record here my observations as I go on. My goal is to share my experiences using my creative insight to articulate the process in a way others may find helpful. I'm not like most other persons, I hope my unique style will be useful to people who want a different perspective on this issue.

I have a tendancy to get all academic in my tone and language, I don't want to be that way, as I feel it is prohibitive language which stifles creative personality. So I will try to be very conversational as I go.

so my experiment will last 7 days. Midnight of Friday January 25th to 11:59pm of Thursday January 31st
- No food at all
- May drink only water
- Vitamin Supplements allowed
- Cough Drops/Flu Pills Allowed (been getting sick lately)
- No gum, mints, wafers etc.
